TackleWorkz is a small family owed business that takes customer service very seriously. As a customer we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have a problem with one of our products or need further information, send us an email to info@tackleworkz.com. We'll do our best to address any issues or questions you have. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond. Thank You for your support and God Bless!!

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. 

We will do our best to accommodate the customer on changes and adjustments to an order, however we cannot guarantee this will happen. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible and once your order has been processed, it is final. 

** Please note: Order processing times are separate from shipping times you see at check out. 

** This applies to All orders: if your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, please allow one more business day. If it still has not arrived after one business day, please contact the carrier for additional tracking information.

We offer Free ground shipping on orders over $100 (Continental US only) 

International Orders
